Playwrights are chosen from the Lab Company Playwriting Residency contest.  Playwrights are in residence during the rehearsal and performances or readings of their selected plays.  Our goal is to forge connections between directors and playwrights that will continue to grow outside the Hangar, as well as to nurture future Mainstage playwrights.
