The Hangar Theatre, an AEA summer theatre located in Ithaca, NY, is seeking a Seasonal Company Manager for our upcoming summer season.  In addition to our 5-play AEA Mainstage season, The Hangar also produces a five-play Children’s Theatre season, and a four-play experimental season on our 2nd stage, The Wedge, which will take place in the newly-minted Cherry Artspace this year.  Our summer also includes the nationally recognized Hangar Lab Company, a training program for actors and directors.  At the height of the summer, the company reaches approximately 100 people (actors/designers/tech staff/administration).  The Company Manager is responsible for coordinating all travel and housing for the company.  Additionally, local transportation, housing issues, welcome packets, and hospitality are the responsibility of company management.  The Company Manager will supervise an assistant and 3 interns as part of the company management team.  The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and experienced team leader with excellent communication and time management skills, will represent the theatre professionally and courteously in a fast-paced environment and have a clean driving record.  2 – 3 years experience in customer service or management a plus. Hangar Theatre, Ithaca NY is seeking a Development Assistant to provide support for all aspects of daily Institutional Advancement activities. Responsibilities include managing constituent database maintenance, providing support for events and committee meetings, ensuring accurate data entry and timely acknowledgements, and reconciling with Finance Department.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, computer proficiency, keen attention to detail and work well under pressure. Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
